If you commit the crime, you pay for time. Prions are designed to prevent people considered dangerous to society from leading a life of freedom. Depriving someone of their freedom is the ultimate punishment. No one wants to spend their life behind bars. No one wants to hear what they can and cannot do. Your every move is watched and documented and all you can think about is what's going on in the outside world. Being locked in one area day and night doesn't seem like a good time. Nobody goes to jail because they want to, and the idea of returning to the free world is always in the back of their minds.
Every prisoner dreams of the day when he will regain his freedom. Some inmates take their time waiting for their release dates, while others take matters into their own hands and spend their time planning their big escape. These daring inmates are behaving dangerously and planning to regain their freedom. Some plans don't fail, while others have stuck going back to where they started. From risky situations to outrageous Hollywood stunts, here are 15 of the most dangerous prison escapes ever recorded.
