I booked a king bed, got 2 double beds and was told "that's all we have". There was noise from the upstairs rooms all night. At some point, security was knocking on one of the doors. I didn't sleep much.

The staff are very nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the Wifi never worked and had to reset the channel every time the TV was turned on.

I've stayed at this motel a number of times over the past few years when it was part of the Wyndham chain, and while it's an older place, it's always been comfortable. It still has some good points, to their credit they are the only hotel in the area that doesn't charge holiday weekend rates, but there are a few things that make me forever disappointed with this place. The rooms need better cleaning. Rings are visible on the surface, and a considerable buildup of dust and grime as I searched for the exit behind the nightstand. The wifi in our 2nd floor room was terrible, we gave up despite several networks - all weak and useless. The air conditioner was only on for about 10 minutes, making our room very hot and uncomfortable. The windows can be opened but there are no screens. We left and came back to find a large crawler on one of the overturned beds. I think it's a cockroach. I managed to kill him, then checked two beds for the others. Looking closely at the sheets, I noticed a few hairs from previous guests of different types, I think from a poor wash. We don't see any other errors - we're zipping and closing everything to avoid taking it home - but we're uncomfortable and would love to check it.

The room had a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. But they could have provided cloth bath mats instead of the paper bath mats provided.

This is the most disgusting dirty hotel I have ever stayed in. This is a place for drug addicts/dealers. The ice machine channel has not been cleaned for a long time. It looks like a homeless room next to the ice machine. The shower was full of black mold. Had to leave shoes in the room after stepping on sharp nails exposed at tile/carpet joints. I went to breakfast and there was fresh blood on the floor in the hallway of the restaurant. Drug addicts appear to bleed. Of course, the woman behind the desk can apprehend people with illegal substances. Didn't have breakfast after seeing the dirty restaurant. bad. experience. Money should never be spent where it is non-refundable. DO NOT STAY HERE!
